I put Maukie up on the site recently. He was a creation that was insprired by a friend's daughter. Talluah has a black and white kitty. At night when most of us sit on the decks of our boats, watching the waves roll in the harbor, Talluah has the kitty out on her boat, its chase the kitty or be chased by the kitty. I spend alot of time at night just before dark being entertained by Talluah and her kitty. So I thought since I had a fish pond on the site, why not a kitty, So Tallulah's kitty inspired me to make Maukie.
A little girl, doing nothing on a summer's night, but having fun chasing a kitty around the deck of her parents boat, that is summer life on the water here at home in Oriental.
Thank's Tallulah and her cat.. for inspiring me to make Maukie.. He may not be real, but I enjoy seeing him when i open the page daily to work on it.
It's the little things in life that inspire us!
